The Society was registered with the Registrar of Societies as a non-profit organization on January 4, 1993.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Book Antiqua', serif; color: black; padding: 0cm; border: 1pt none windowtext;\">SPG is presently affiliated to international societies \u201cSociety of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG)\u201d USA, European Association of Geoscientists &amp; Engineers (EAGE) &#8211; Netherlands &amp; Australian Society of Exploration Geophysicists (ASEG), Australia.
